Why my document got rejected?
If any of your documents are rejected during the verification process. In such a situation, we will send you a message to the email address that you provided during registration, explaining the reason for the rejection and providing instructions on what you need to do next.
If you do not receive a message, we recommend checking your email inbox and your spam folder. It is also a good idea to search for the keyword “IZIBET” in your mailbox search bar to locate the message. Please note that the document you submit must contain your first and last name and email address (as used during registration) and must be fully visible in order to be accepted.
