Why can’t I deposit with ecoPayz?
If you experience a failed ecoPayz deposit, there are a few common reasons why this may occur. Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Double-check the information you entered to ensure that it is correct. This includes any personal or financial details that are required for the transaction.
- Confirm that you have created an ecoPayz account and that it is active. If you haven’t set up an account yet, do so before attempting another deposit.
- Make sure that you have sufficient funds in your ecoPayz account to cover the transaction. If you don’t, you may need to add funds before attempting another deposit.
- Do not close the browser window until the transaction is completed. If you navigate away from the page or close the window prematurely, the transaction may fail.
- If you experience temporary connection problems, wait a few hours and try again. This may resolve the issue.
If the issue persists and you are unable to complete your ecoPayz deposit, we recommend trying any of the alternative methods that are available in your Cashier. This will allow you to continue using the platform without delay.
