What happens when My Account is Closed?

Closure of your account terminates your and our obligations under the terms and conditions except for those clauses that survive termination. If upon your instructions, your account is reactivated or reopened by us, the terms and conditions applicable at that time will govern your access to and use of the Site. If we close your account due to suspicion of fraud, breach of terms and conditions, or other illegal activity, we reserve the right not to refund any balance in your account at the time of termination. However, if we decide to return all or part of the balance, you must confirm that you wish to withdraw the permitted amount, following which the funds will be returned to you and your account will then be closed.
