What documents are required to Verify My Account?
To verify your account, you will need to provide us with the following documents:
- Personal Identification – A government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license. If your ID has a front and back, please provide both sides.
- Proof of Address – A recent utility bill or bank statement that is no more than 6 months old. The document must show your name and residential address.
Important: Please note that full KYC verification can take up to 48 hours to complete.
Please note that the documents you provide must be clear, legible, and in color. We may also require additional documentation to verify your account in certain circumstances. Once we have received and verified your documents, your account will be fully validated, and you will be able to enjoy our services without any restrictions.
Once 180 days have passed, you will be required to send your documents again. It is important to keep track of this timeframe so that you can ensure your documents are up to date and compliant with any regulations or requirements. Make sure to set reminders for yourself and follow up with any necessary updates or changes. This will help ensure a smooth and timely process.
