Can I Cancel my Withdrawal?
If you have requested a withdrawal and it has not yet been processed by our Payments Department, you can cancel it by accessing the “Withdrawal” section within your account or within the Cashier modal. However, if your withdrawal request has already been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. In this case, the funds will be transferred to your designated account or payment method as requested, and you will be notified accordingly.
Please note that if you wish to cancel a withdrawal, it is important to do so as soon as possible before it is processed. Once the withdrawal is processed, it cannot be reversed or canceled, and you will need to initiate a new withdrawal request if you still wish to withdraw funds from your account.
